The Queen is due to make a speech today for the reopening of parliament, which is expected to focus on, amongst other things, banking reforms in an attempt to stop the investment side of banking affecting high street banks (and thus avoiding another crash). With our current coalition government making cuts left, right and centre, taxing pasties and robbing pensioners of their pensions all in the name of ‘tackling the deficit’, is it any wonder there are a lot of worried faces about the place?
During the last recession many small (and large!) businesses felt the pinch, forcing branches to close and century-old family businesses to shut up shop. For this reason it is now the time to try to ‘recession-proof’ your business for the coming months. How can ITR help you may ask? What could we possibly know? Well, I personally don’t know much however what we can advise on is the hire of IT and AV equipment, which is one way to avoid large outlays at a time when cash flow may be tight.
Whatever the reason may be, the hire of IT equipment may be the answer to your prayers. For new businesses starting up the word ‘recession’ may sound very daunting, but have you considered hiring some PCs or laptops rather than purchasing new and struggling along until the money starts coming in? For companies wishing to train their staff to improve services and thus increase productivity and profitabilty, but don’t have the resources to do so…have you considered hiring the laptops from ourselves as a more cost-effective solution? There are many reasons why companies may need to use IT equipment, including iPads and other Mac equipment but that are put off by the initial purchase costs. It needn’t be this way, as ITR can help. Give us your requirements, dates, times and budget and we’ll put a proposal together which will help you to achieve your goals, and aid you in putting up the barriers for when the recession starts being mean and firing shots.
