It’s 4pm on a Wednesday afternoon and one of our clients had a disaster on their way to an event. Their 4 x 3 Video Wall was damaged in transit and not able to be repaired in time for their event. We were contacted for assistance.
They needed the Video Wall supplying, erecting and working by 6pm on the following day in Glasgow. As usual ITR sprang into action and went the extra mile (324 to be precise) and managed to supply the equipment in time. Our client who was working on behalf of a Worldwide Corporate Client were so impressed with the way in which our team performed at short notice and with integrity and diligence.
They have since put other business opportunities our way!
