ITR are constantly updating their equipment so no tired looking equipment is sent out to our customers and we have the most up to date equipment possible to supply to our customers. All equipment undergoes testing prior to delivery to ensure there isn’t any issues upon arrival for the customer and spare units can be supplied (dependant upon number of units). Also, when the equipment arrives back in the warehouse it also goes through a set of tests to ensure there has been no damage whilst on rental or during transportation.
ITR want to ensure the service provided is of a high standard and is constantly looking at ways to improve our service. To assist us in this endeavour we are currently working towards ISO 9001 which provides us with a monthly audit of all departments and highlights any issues that need to be addressed straight away.
